Up until recently, I thought I was a "Chocolate Lover". That was up until Saturday when I visited The Chocolaterie (a.k.a the modern day Willie Wonka Chocolate Factory for grown ups).

Boy this place left an impression! Not only was the chocolate absolutely delicious, but the store was BEA-U-TI-FUL!!! Now there could be a slight chance that I feel this way because of my habit of being the "Decor Inspector" everywhere I go, BUT I doubt it. You tell me...

I know I look rather calm, but actually I was in a daze envisioning tasting every single piece of gourmet chocolate behind the display case! So glad you can't see the drool in this picture!

Would you look at the chandeliers and the molding...I was mentally dancing on the ceiling (singing in my Lionel Richie voice- I think I just showed my age).

Do you hear the angels singing??? Yes, it’s all different flavors of chocolate! And wait there's even...

Goodie Goodie Gum Drops!!! And more...!!!!!! CHOCOLATE!!!!!

Okay, so now that you have visually tasted my chocolate experience at the Chocolaterie, I have to give them a much deserved kudos on their ambiance! We TRULY believe the design and set up of the store attributed to my pleasurable experience. Sure the chocolate played a major role in it, but we know the decor made me stay even longer, which in turn led to me spending more $$$. As I floated around, the words "And that" and "Let me try one of those" kept escaping my mouth. I even floated by this:

You're not alone...I'm still trying to figure out how ramen noodles and chocolate go together, but I'm sure it tastes good!

Now back to my point! THE DECOR IN THE STORE ATTRIBUTED TO ME SPENDING MORE MONEY!
